SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are handled and shipped Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the following business day (see list of holidays below). Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your order prior to shipment. If choosing expedited shipping, order must be placed before 1 PM PT to ensure order ships out same day. Gnarwear is not liable for shipping carrier delays resulting from inclement weather or natural disasters. We do not accept international orders at this time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags still attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining on swimwear and intimate apparel. Please do not place the return label directly on the item's original packaging. Please place the item inside a larger, separate shipping container, such as the original shipping box for your order. Please be aware that we cannot accept the return if the product or its original packaging is damaged.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
